1. Scope and acceptance

By creating an account or using Quantis Trade services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Quantis Trade provides software for research workflows, strategy collaboration, and execution orchestration. Outputs are informational and operational tools; they are not investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

3. Account and acceptable use

• Maintain accurate account data and keep credentials confidential.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service integrity, or introduce malicious code.
• Comply with applicable market rules, sanctions, and data protection laws.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans and usage commitments are defined in your order form or subscription terms. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality and IP

Each party retains ownership of its intellectual property. Customer content remains yours. You grant Quantis Trade a limited license to process content solely to provide, secure, and improve the services.

6. Warranties and liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited, Quantis Trade disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise master services agreement.
